I have a new system anthon xp 3200 1gb memory 3200 I
installed xp on the hard drive (sata) everything was
working great. Then i noticed that the processor was
running at 1.10 ghz. well it is sopposed to be at 2.2
ghz. I then figured out that the board was not set up for
400fsb at the time. I then ajusted the pins as the
motherboard book had said. processor was then reading the
right frequency.Everything was ok (I thought) then the
blue screen came up Now I can't even install a new
version The screen keeps comming up.What could be the
problem?
