I went to reboot my computer and when it got to the
windows xp logo screen it just sat there running then it
restarted itself and when it got back to the logo screen
it repeated itself. I haven't added any new hardware and
have all the latest updates. I've tried booting with each
memory stick and it does the same thing. Any ideas?

Try booting into safe mode and run last good known.
