Working on a PC for a friend and on bootup it hangs on agp440.sys in Safe
Mode (won't start in any mode, just loops) which I have read isn't truly the
problem. If you remove this file it will hang on the mup.sys file.
I've been told to use the Recovery Console on the supplied CD which I
haven't gotten from the owner yet. Is there another way to bypass what is
causing this startup issue?
TIA
