XP home upgrade to XP pro without loosing everything currently on the XP home PC

Can it be upraded to pro without loosing all the settings and apps?

Yes. Just make sure you do an upgrade, not a clean install.

It doesnt give the option to upgrade! what then.? it detects xp home i
guess and doesnt give that option (if thats the reason)
