I have been upgrading computers at work from XP Home to XP Pro. All of them
have been going very smoothly except the presidents of the company. (Of
course)

The problem is that he no longer has MS Word or MS Excel. They do not work
and the error that comes up when he tries to open them is:

Application failed to initialize properly (0oxc0150002)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Incase you don't get an answer you can try here:

Good Luck.

I suppose you have tried to reinstall or repair Word and Excel? Btw,
I would have considered a clean install on this computer to make sure
that it ran like a Swiss watch.
