Seems to be a bug with the web interface and image files sent as
attachments. If your account is old enough then use Outlook Express to
download the email and the attachments come through just fine. If not then
consider
www.poppeeper.com where you can get a free email client that can be
configured to work with all sorts of webmail accounts. (Note that it's ad
free and spyware free and the author's a rather nice person.)
