XP home license agreement

I have purchased the retail version of XP home. I would like to purchase an
additional license to be able to use this same version on another PC I have.
When I go to the indicated website to purchase the additional license, it
informs me that no product keys/id are available for purchase - try again.

Any idea how long that will take?? Are we talking days, weeks, or months?

Although you can buy extra licenses (see
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/howtobuy/addlic.asp>),
it's not generally a good deal. The problem is that Microsoft
sells additional licenses at only a small savings over the list
price. You're almost certainly better off just buying a complete
second copy from a discount source.

Someone in another thread mentioned that it is only $84 to get the second
license from MS. Walmart is selling OEM CDs for $120. $200 with SP2.

That's just like my opinion, Man........

It would be cheaper to go down to Walmart's and buy an OEM version.
