Here is the message: "Setup was unable to read from or write to drive C:. If a virus scanner is running, disable it then restart setup." I have totally deleted Norton off of the machine, but the install stops at the same spot every time I run the install. Is there something else that I'm not doing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Hi Jake,

Check the system BIOS for any antivirus detection routines and disable them
before attempting to install. It is likely blocking the installer from
writing to the root of the drive as it sees this as possible viral activity.
