XP home edition won't hibernate

When my computer tries to go into hibernation I get an error msg. about my
keyboard driver. I'm running the latest driver, there must be a fix for
this, can anyone point me in the wright direction?

Uninstall keybord and delete com ports from device manager.Restart the computer and while restarting the computer go in bios and load default settings from there
