XP Help and Support updates

I have been having some problems with the windows help and support update failing. I open the help and support from my desktop ( the little blue circle with the question mark in it) and type in what I am looking for then it says it needs an update and downloads it the tries to install it but fails. Is there anything I am doing wrong or a patch that is needed for this?
 
Nevermind, for some reason after numerous attempts it finally corrected itself and updated succesfully.thx anyway
