Xp-formatting for XP Pro64bit

I've installed XP Home Edition but did not do any manual formatting
during setup .
Will XP Pro 64 bit let me format what I need for a Dual Boot setup of
the 2 operating systems or can I format what I want with XP manually before I
install Windows XP 64 bit ?
