XP Firewall Error Message

"An error occured while Internet Connection Sharing was
being enabled. The dependency service or group failed to
start."

I get this message after I check the box to use the XP
firewall and click "ok".

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Go to the control panel and click administrative tools

then click services.
right click internet connection sharing/firewall and click
properties.
on the tabs at the top click depend then look throught the
two list and what ever services it list make sure they are
activated.
then try to start the internet connection sharing service.
