XP Filter setup

Hello all!
I have XP installed on my computer and we use Outlook as
our e-mail. My question is this: How do I set up a filter
for my e-mail to send e-mails from specific senders into
a folder without having to go through it in my Inbox?

In outlook 2000 and xp it's -- tools, rules wizard.
In outlook 2003 it's -- tools, rules and alerts.
