XP errors

I have an xp Pavillion that keeps reporting "application was encountered a
problem" messages. It also says that the application will have to close.
One of the errors has to do with SAX.exe, the other is an HP Application
repair tool.

When I close the "encountered a problem" window, I also get a eolesyserror
message.

I believe SAX.exe is related to your sound drivers. You will need to
provide the entire text of the EOleSysError in order to get help with
that.

It can be very hard for a non-technical person to know what to include
in a post to a tech support newsgroup. Here is a link that will help

The exception error basically reads:

Exception eolesyseorror in module stax.exe at 00071689. The specified
module could not be found.

This exception is generated from a program called Record now when pressing a
button for a disc label maker.

Try uninstall/reinstalling Record Now. Or check with HP tech support
since Record Now came preinstalled on your computer and you're also
have problems with their sound drivers.
