XP Doesnt Work?

Im trying to install Windows XP Pro onto a brand new 80GB
Hard Drive... Formatted fine, and now I get this STOP
error when I try to boot the newly installed Windows..

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, OxF84154E2, 0xF894d508,
0xF894D208)

dmboot.sys - Address F84154E2 Base at F83FD000 Data Stamp

Anyone know what I should do?
