I have barely upgraded my computer with a new motherboard
and all new components. I reinstalled Windows and now I get
this error when I try to startup Windows:

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, OxF84154E2, 0xF894d508,
0xF894D208)

dmboot.sys - Address F84154E2 Base at F83FD000 Data Stamp
3b7d857a

Anyone have any idea on what I should do to corrct this?

This is a new install of Windows XP as I have installed a
new hard drive is the system as well. It is an AMD
Athlon XP 3000+ on a Shuttle MN31N motherboard with
Simpletech one 512MB 7200 DDR DIMM. It also has a Fx
GeForce 5200 video card. The Command line setup portion
of the insallation works, but on restart to enter the GUI
interface is when the error occurs.

Thanks for any ideas/help.
