Stop error on setup

I'm installing XP Home on a Shuttle AK38N motherboard
with an AMD XP2000, 256MB PC2700, GF4 MX440 8X AGP. I am
getting a stop error - stop: 0x0000007E (0XC0000005,
0X804F8C43, 0XF9E5DC44, 0XF9E5D944) - Any ideas on what
this is? I've done a search of MS and google but have
found no matches to this point.

Is there a compiled list available of these types of
error codes? If so, where?

I've looked at both of those and neither seems to
directly relate to the error message. The only thing I
get from this is that it is a driver error or hardware
mismatch but I'm not certain of that.

I too am having problems like this. However my problems
also effect windows 98 installs. But i'm using the same
video card. Maybe it burns out? I'll check by swapping vid
cards and repost. God I hope its not my board.
