installing Windows XP

When installing Windows XP I get this message
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down
to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is athe first time you've seen this stop error
screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears
again, follow these steps:
Techinical information:
*** STOP: 0x0000007E
(0xc0000005,0xF9620D0C,0xF9D834F8,0xF9D831F8)
*** dmboot.sys - Address F9620D0C base at F960E000,
DateStamp 3b7d857a

Please help

Possibly faulty ram, but most likely caused by creative sound drivers, see:
