XP Deployment

I am deploying XP to our company and aim to use Norton Ghost, at present we
use Windows NT with roaming profiles. I am building the "primary" PC's (we
will probably have 3 or 4 standard images) myself and will then image them.
Is it possible to make a registry change to the "primary" PC's to default
the language settings (UK), IE cache path, and desktop settings etc? We are
moving away from roaming profiles and therefore I want all users who log in
to at least to start with the correct settings rather than me having to go
around and change them. We use a Novell network here so are not using
Microsoft AD and policies.
