XP Custom paper size - still not showing after server add form

Hi I have the custom paper size issue in XP too. I have
searched the knowledge base - nothing. I have read Cori's
replies to add forms in server properties - added but it
is still not showing in my printer driver paper size. I
am using the Epson LX-850 dot matrix driver, XP
Professional. Really appreciate if someone can help solve
this issue. thanks.

rant - what happened to good old custom paper size that
needs to be changed in XP? duh..
