XP Crashing

Ok this has just started happening in the past few days.

Ive noticed it mainly when using internet explorer... the computer just
freezes, the mouse still moves, but everything else is unresponsive. After
about 20 seconds the computer restarts.

I disabled the 'restart after crash' option from the system properties to
try and troubleshoot the problem. From the Blue Screen of Death, i see there
is a problem with nv4_disp, this being a driver file for my graphics card.
From safe mode i downloaded the latest drivers and installed them.... but to
no avail.

Has anyone else had problems of this nature?

Remove the video card from the Device Manager and restart Windows.
This may solve the problem.
