XP constant reboot

Hi Knowledgeable group

I have just started having problems (XP Pro) whereas when I turn the PC on
it just gets to the desktop, a blue screen pops up (too fast for me to read)
and then reboots and starts over again and just does this in a constant
loop. I have tried safe mode and the same things happens.

Has anyone any idea what could be the cause of this.
