Hello,
I have PC running Windows XP Home edition. The trouble start yesterday
when my pc fail to recongize USB Flash drive and would not change to
Korean IME. So decide to restart my computer. At time I was also
running E-mule. My PC is up to date. My pc was running Zone-alarm
Security suit, McAfee anti-virus, and anti-spyware. My default web
browser is Firefox. My pc is constantly rebooting and flashing blue
screen which last 1 second. The blue screen flashes so fast I can't
read the error messages. None of my keyboard is working. The screen
display following message before flashing a blue screen.
" We apologize for the inconvenice, but windows didnot start
successfully. A recent hardware or software change might hav caused
this. If your computer stopped responding, or was automatically shut
down to protect your files, folders, chose last known good
configuration to revert to the most recent system that worked. If a
previous startup attempt was interrupted due to power failure or reset
button was pressed or if you aren't sure what caused the problem choose
start windows normally.
Safe mode
Safe mode with networking
Saft mode with command prompt
Last know good configuration
Start windows Normally is highlight and count down time start and last
30 seconds. "
I also have wireless router setup. How do I keep stop my computer
rebooting. I have windows XP cd-rom. However, I don't know how to use
disk to reinstall the windows. I am willing to erase all my harddrive
and start new. I would like to recover my data. Please help me.
Thanks for your help.

You could have a problem with Dust or Power and your computer. Have you
opened it up to see if the vents/fans are clogged with Dust, which would
prevent it from cooling properly.

If you don't have Dust problems you could have a defective Power Supply
- they are cheap, take it to a shop and get a new one installed.

If all else fails, search Google for "Windows XP Repair reinstall" and
follow the directions on how to do that.
