Does microsoft have an answer to these writing wizard problems.I find this
writer an excellent tool for my uses and would like it to perform correctly

When I select pictures and send them to my burner drive to be put on a CD
everything is OK until I click to write to the disc then an error shows
telling me" Cannot complete the CD burning wizard" I have tried altering the
burning speed and using various makes of disc's .Also I have tried changing
the IMAPI settings to Automatic with no result .I have tried disabling and
re-enabling the drives with no result. The burning drive is ticked for
recording .My computer has a 3.2GB processor,One GB of RAM and a 120 GB hard
drive .
and my program is Windows XP Pro .This burner worked OK some time ago .When
I do a search in the registry I cannot find any reference to CD Burner .
Thanks.

Further to these messages I took someones advice and copied the registry
settings to a floppy from a good Windows CD burning programme to compare with
my existing bad one .I placed it in the floppy drive and forgot I had done
this ,I then did a System Restore and guess what .I cleared the OS from my
computer .I have since restored the system from the XP pro CD and reinstalled
all my systems .At least I now have my Windows CD writer back again and
operating OK.Take care with unskilled meddling!!!!!!!!!!.
