XP auto update problem - KB 821557 & KB 823980

I am running a Toshiba Tecra 9100 system and have
installed updates in past with no problem. My system
recently installed KB 821557 KB 823980 and thereafter
would not delete files acrsoss network. I rolled back
update and all was okay. Has anyone else experienced
this problem? Since my system has downloaded and
attempted to install "Fix" again. Is there is resolution
in the works on this?
