I have both on 2 different pc's and they run fine. However, there are "some" systems having problems allegedly due to 821557.
Those problems have yet to be resolved. Those deal with "shortcuts" on desktop not working and some others have problems with CD devices. The current workaround is to un-install 821557 from within Add/Remove programs.
