XP audio click opening directory? how to turn off

How do I turn off the audio XP produces when opening a directory?

A click that you want to avoid if you're recording off the computer.
 
Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices/Sounds tab, scroll down to the
Windows Explorer section, turn off Start Navigation.

(Boy is that one misnamed)
