XP and Internet

Whenever I go on the internet I have trouble with typing
under all circumstances. the cursor decideds to leave or I
get strange popup windows from XP. What's happening?
I upgraded from 98 to Xp on a HP Pavilion. No problems
until I downloaded SP2 from Msoft. and SP for Outlook
Express. now lots of problems.
How do I reinstall full IE 6?

What SP2? Windows XP SP2 isn't out yet, and is about six months
off. The beta test is just beginning now.

This is an example of Microsoft badly confusing the issue. That
is *not* SP2. There are many post-SP1 hotfixes that state SP2.
These are candidates for inclusion in SP2 when it is released,
not SP2 itself. As I said, SP2 is not out yet, and isn't expected
until sometime around the middle of next year.

Right-click on My Computer and choose Properties. That screen
will show you that you are running Service Pack 1.
