XP+16 bit+Symantic

I am running XP3, and I have removed Norton antivirus that came bundled in my
OS software.
I have several games that I have ran on XP for years, however now I cannot
reinstall them,
I get the error Message:
16 BIT WINDOWS SUB SYSTEM
C:\Prog~1\Symantic\S32Evnt1.Dll
An unstable Visual Divice Driver failed Dll .....
I found a Microsoft HKEY fix, but still can not install the games.
BTW, they are Sierra/Impression's Zeus, Poseodon, Pharaoh and Cleopatra,
Sierra/Impression Gemes is no longer, so I can not contact them.
Any suggestions.
