Xerox M940 All-In -One

I had this printer installed and running on Windows 2000
Professional.

I upgraded my computer and now have Windows XP and I am
getting a "lkernel.exe" memory issue message when I try
to activate the prnter software.

Xerox is NO help whatsoever!!!!!

Any suggestions??
