Xerox Workcentre M940

I cannot get my workcentre installed since I installed
Windows XP. I downloaded the new driver from Xerox, when
I try to install it, I am told there is a non-compatible
version already running. I removed the previous version
as per instructions but I still get the same message. Any
answers?
