hi all,

My colour cartridges have run out, I've bought a new black cart but
now the printer refuses to print any text, is this due to having no
colour carts in? I've tried enabling B/W and monchome printing to no
avail

is there anyway to just use the blach cartrtige to print text? I know
printers use colour to 'make' black, but the carts are expensive and I
would n't mind the loss in quality?

Any ideas

Just checked eBay for you. You can buy a set (4) of compatibles cartridges
for 9.99 plus S&H. Pete
