Hi
These last few day when I print, the paper is picking up ink along the
leading edge, yesterday black, today yellow.
It sounds like the print head/carts is rubbing the paper as it comes
through. Yesterday it occured during duplex printing,
but single- sided was OK.
However, today it is happening on single-sided also
Also having probs printing black text on CDs
What would be causing this?

The page has black text with colour highlights and the colour
highlights arn't printing
I have cleaned, deep cleaned, nozzle cleaned, bottom plate cleaned and
changed carts all to no avail

Is the printer on it's way out?

it is probably from the generic ink that has been accumulating under the
printhead.
