Xcopy /D copies all files, not just newer

The FAT switch sounds worth a try...Excellent detective work :)

That worked! My source drive is NTFS. My NAS only supports ext2 (no
NTFS or Fat32). So it isn't FAT32, but that switch made it work
properly. Thanks
