xbox live vision compatible with pc?

first post, so i hope this is the right group...
i have an xbox 360 live vision camera, came in a bundle pack with the
headset, 12 month subscription to live, etc.
i can't use the camera with my pc, even tho i was told i could. i did not
receive any software with this camera, so i can't install the driver. i
can't find this issue in any of the answer searches, so someone with more
knowledge might be able to help me.
