Can i have Media Centre on XP , so that i can view media on my 360 ??? Can`t seem to get it...

yes ur pc needs to have media center installed mate and then connected via ethernet or wireless

I have my lappie (Vista) and Desktop(XP) connected to my new Sky router, all have wireless internet connection, but i can`t get my XP to connect to xbox so as to share media !! coz its says it dont have Media Centre ( I have Media player 11) and need to upgrade to Vista ???

Media centre (with XP) is different to standard versions of XP.
Unless you have Media Centre with it by default it's not an additional extra.

However, Microsoft Zune is what you need.
It's just like media centre (kind of) and was designed primarily for 360 users to stream from XP.
