wrong password

How do I change a password in My ISP account, username is ok but password was doubled and will not work. When I delete it it keeps coming back, even when I delete the complete setup and start over that wrong password keeps coming back. Any suggestions?

Can you still connect to the Internet?

Windows XP has added a security feature which makes it harder for people to guess
your password. It may add additional 16 characters to your password but just ignore the
extra characters and log in normally
