Worm???

When on-line, I get a pop-up window, every few seconds
that is as follows: C:\windows\system32\Surte.exe
The NTVDM CPU has ancountered an
Illegal instruction
CS: 0532 IP: 0182 OP 63 75 73 28

Chose close to terminate the
application.

I have tried all downloads from MS, I think, including
setting the firewall.
Please help if you can.
