ntvdm cpu has encountered an illegal instruction in vista

Hi
I installed audio driver for vista from dell support. After that I
receive this message after start up. Also when I refresh desk top
icons, open control panel, ....
When windows want my allowed for something such as installing new
software or for restoring the system, this error accrued and my screen
is darken and I can do nothing unless I use ctrl+alt+delete.
Please help me to fix that error.

My system Windows: Vista home basic

Uninstall the audio driver, either it was corrupt or not intended for use
under Vista. Redownload the driver and make sure the driver you obtain is
for the correct version for your installation, x86 (32-bit) or x64, as they
are not interchangeable.
