ntvdm cpu has encountered an illegal instruction vista

Hi
I installed audio driver for vista from dell support. after that I
recieve this message after start up. also when I referesh desk top
icones, open control pannel, ....
when windows want my allowed for some thing such as installing new
software or for restorng the system, this error accured and my screen
darked and I can do nothing unless I use ctrl+alt+delete.
please help me to fix that error.

Have you tried reverting to the latest restore point prior to the driver
installation?
That should get rid of your issue.
