worm patch

I can't get the damn worm patch downloaded,when I try
this is what it says. SETUP COULD NOT VERIFY INTEGRITY OF
FILE UPDATE.INF. MAKE SURE THE CRYTOGRAPHIC SERVICE IS
RUNNING.I checked and the Crytographic Service is running.
Help.

Are YOU getting the following error when you try to install Windows XP
Service Pack 1?
"Service Pack 1 Setup Error:
Setup could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer"
Or
YOU are trying to install the Windows XP security patch 823980 - in
response to the msblast.exe worm and you are getting a similar error
message.
