works suite 2004 uninstall problems.

String seems not to have posted earlier. Apologies if duplicated.
On attempting to uninstall the above, most parts of the suite have apparently been removed, apart from the following, which are
MS Word
MS Works 2004 setup launcher
I also get this error message when I try to uninstall them;
"This pack package could not be opened. Verify that the pack package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer patches package."
Anyk kind person in the ether able to help?
