workrave equivalent?

I'm using WorkRave (www.workrave.org) to monitor my keyboard and mouse
usage. It's cross-platform, which is great, but uses GTK+, which isn't
so great, b/c its a resource hog. I love the functionality, but it sucks
up 13MB regardless of what it is doing. Are there any equivalent
alternatives? Workrave is pretty aggressive about getting you to rest,
and even provides exercises for you to do.

thanks,

Some alternatives are listed here (I don't know how they compare with
WorkRave):
