Working Offline

When I select to work offline, i get the following
message:

unable to open your default email folder. the information
store could not be opened.

any thoughts?

What version of Outlook? Have you created an OST file and synced it while
working online?

outlook 2002. probably do not have ost file. that could
be my problem.
