trying to get on outlook

When I open Microsoft Outlook it says server not avaliable so I tell it to
work offline. Then a screen comes up that say Unable to open default email
folders. Your profile is not configured. I don't know how to fix it

You can configure a mail profile here: Control Panel > Mail applet

What version of Outlook are you using, by the way?
