Work Station Locks Up on Win 2000 Domain

Hi,

When I join any Windows Xp Pro SP1a workstation to my
Windows 2000 domain they lockup when left idle for a few
minutes or when you try to open the explorer and access a
network share. This only happens when the machines are
members of the domain. If I join these same machines as
a work group they run fine. I've been trying to find
documentation on this but am unable to locate any. If
anyone can help out or lead me in the right direction, I
sure would appreciate it.
