Work Offline Issue

Many times when I am trying to use Internet Explorer, I
get a "Work Offline" message. I downloaded a patch from my
DSL Company but the problem keeps happening. I have IE 6.0
with SP1. The problem started 6 weeks after I had my DSL
Service. Please advise at (e-mail address removed). Thank you
