Wordpad Problem

Just recently my wordpad program opens momentarily and then just hangs;
becomes unresponsive. I have tried restarting/logging out, but problem
still persists.

I used wordpad just last week and no problems.

Paul, go to C:\Windows\System32 Folder Open and scroll down to the end and
look for write.exe. Click on it and if
it works rt click on it and select Send to Desktop as Shortcut. If it doesnt
try a System File Check. Put the WinXP CD in the cdrom drive and go to
Start>Run type: sfc /scannow
