What exactly did you do? - when you copy/paste it goes through the
clipboard and then to destination .

Hi bojimbo, thanks for your reply. what happened was...
The first time, (after some Windows updates)....when i went to do a regular
copy/paste....i received a pop-up asking if i wanted the text to go to
clipboard or not. i guess i got confused, (normal here), as i had never
received That pop-up message before,....and picked 'No'.
From then on...i can't copy/paste like i used to be able to do.
i would, in the past, highlight the text, right click, pick copy, open a
WordPad, and right click and pick paste, with no problems. i'd like to know
how to reverse what i did wrong. Now all i get is a blank when i paste.
Hope this is a better description of the problem.
Thanks again for your reply.
