won't work. I have xp and it cam with my computer. I
need it badly. Please help. Problem started after I
downloaded Norton anit virus, i unloaded it but problem
still exist. Thanks

http://www.corel.com - they're the makers of WordPerfect, and will be of the
most help in finding what the specific error is.

You may want to try uninstalling WordPerfect and reinstalling it anyway...

WordPerfect is Corel, not MS, Corel for help.
Glad you have Windows XP, when something comes pre-installed
on the computer it is called OEM and that too is supported
by the computer manufacturer, not MS.
My wife has been rather cold lately, I need it badly too.
God helps those who help themselves.
Perhaps your problem is with the Norton you installed.
Anti-virus software packages can cause problems, but you
have to tell anyone that you want to help the exact message.
WP9 is an old version, perhaps you should update to a later
version, I think 11 is current.

It's very difficult to help you if you tell us anything about the
problem except that "there is an error an it won't work."
Moreover this is a Windows XP newsgroup, and you'd probably get
much better help in a WordPerfect 9 group.

Go to the newsgroup corel.wpoffice.wordperfect9 on the server
cnews.corel.com and ask your question there. But be sure to be
specific about what happens. Describe what you're doing when the
problem ocuurs and post the exact verbatim text of the error
message.
